Return Policy

Our policy allows 30 days for returns. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Some types of goods are not eligible for return, including perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Other items excluded from returns:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in some cases, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There are often processing times for refunds.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full-price items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@moonalights.com for instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us at info@moonalights.com for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
